Plot Storyline

As the Mexican revolution winds down, a female Cuban writer arrives in Mexico City to write about the conflict and gets interested in the story of a young General on the eve of his execution. She interviews everyone close to him and they get to spend his last day together.

A story about two men caught in the Mexican revolution: close friends before, but now on the opposite sides. One of them is military officer, while the other one expects capital punishment. The prisoner's mother comes to visit his son, unaware that his former best friend is now his enemy.
