Plot:

A film about an Austrian "agrarian rebel" named Sepp Holzer, who simply observes nature and thus farms extremely successfully. At an altitude of 1,500 meters, this farmer has created an excellently functioning permaculture system. Among the Austrian cultivation monocultures, he established a diverse system of plants and ponds that has no parallel in Europe.
