Plot Storyline

Handsome, suave book illustrator Caleb Theroux is an instant hit with his new Californian security estate neighbors, restaurant finance adviser Richard Alden and especially his wife Katherine and their shy young son Sam, who were traumatized by a robbery in their former Arizona home. Katherine mistrusts his temper but turns to him after dumping Robert on a false adultery relapse suspicion, which Caleb eagerly encouraged.

A young woman named Katherine Alden becomes the unwanted victim of her new handsome next door neighbor Caleb, after her and her husband and son moves to a new town for a fresh start from a robbery. Caleb becomes so obsessed with Katherine and her son Sam that he plans to write and illustrate a children's book based on Katherine and her husband and son Sam. After Katherine's annoying new friend Brianne sees a bad side of Caleb, Katherine soon realizes that Caleb isn't the charming and caring next door neighbor that he claims to be. A detective is also out to find Caleb and destroy Caleb for killing his goddaughter. As the bodies pile up, who will survive Caleb's rampage?
