Rex Wilco

Rex Wilco is a cool-as-ice cop who doesn't play by anyone's rules but his own... and sometimes not even his own! Together with his partner, the hot-headed, bald-headed Vic Butler, he spends every waking hour investigating a mysterious drug-smuggling ring. They discover that the crime roots run deeper than they thought when all of their witnesses keep getting killed.
