Storyline
Honest LA insurance detective Joe Peters becomes corrupt after falling in love with sensual gold-digger model Diane.
Aside from his initial attraction to her, Joe Peters, paid to be suspicious being a Los Angeles based detective for Southwest Indemnity, doesn't fully trust seductive Diane Morley because of the way she inserted herself into his life. Regardless, she, despite being attracted to him in return, is explicit, in being tight for money, that he proverbially couldn't afford her anyway as she has her sights generally on much bigger fish than him. Their story becomes more complex when she is seen on the arm of a suspect on a fur robbery case and known racketeer, Kendall Webb, Joe who has a rap sheet on him a mile long. But instead of the case, all Joe can think about is what it would take for Diane to be on his arms, especially with all the inside information he has on insurance cases which would lead to the perfect crime and Diane.
