Plot Storyline

When 17-year-old refugee Aten is persuaded by the charismatic Zahid to join him for a night of adventure, he discovers he's running from more than just a war.

After fleeing the gas attack in Halabja in 1988, 17-year-old Aten cannot get rid of the heartbreaking memories. During one night of their escape, the rebellious Zahid persuades him to accompany him to a border town, and Aten realizes that he is fleeing from more than just a war.
