Plot Storyline

Uje, a pop star in the 1990s, gets diagnosed with Parkinson's. This is a film about his everyday struggles.

Uje Brandelius' autobiographical story is woven together with pop music about life and everyday life. It's when life takes turns you couldn't imagine that the question is asked: what is worth anything? Uje Brandelius and his family play themselves in a film that takes place over a couple of summer weeks in the Stockholm suburb of Bredang. The film was awarded three Golden Beetles.
