SANG-FROID, COLD BLOOD is a quietly intimate exploration of adolescence, identity, and emotional inheritance. Set against the hazy foothills, Sang-Froid, Cold Blood captures a 1990s Georgia by way of memory. The film follows Eden and his poetic counterpart Theodore. As they spend one last summer escaping into back-roads, cornfields, and whispered philosophies, their bond is tested by the arrival of Virginie. With its lyrical structure and hushed emotional undercurrents, SANG-FROID captures the ache of boys learning to speak the language of feeling, while the world around them asks for silence.
