Film Synopsis: Once known as #TheScreamTeam, a rag-tag group of amateur paranormal investigators gained mild online fame in their youth by chasing ghosts that usually turned out to be faulty wiring, hidden speakers, or their own overactive imaginations. Years later, older but not much wiser, the team reunites for one last investigation-part nostalgia trip, part desperate attempt to reclaim relevance. What begins as a tongue-in-cheek comeback documentary quickly spirals into something far more dangerous. Their new case takes them to a secluded mansion owned by the unsettling Ms. Elsbeth Wainwright, a woman whose evasive answers and strange behaviour suggest the house has secrets she'd rather keep buried. At first, the signs seem familiar: cold spots, strange noises, flickering lights. The kind of "activity" they've faked, debunked, or laughed off before. But then the rules change. Walls begin to bleed. Shadows move without light. Equipment malfunctions in ways that can't be explained-or edited out. As fear replaces bravado, the team realises the unthinkable: This time, the haunting is real. What was meant to be a fun reunion becomes a fight for survival, as old dynamics resurface, tensions crack, and each member is forced to confront not only the entity stalking them-but the consequences of never taking the unknown seriously. Their unification may have been a mistake. And the house is not done with them yet. --- Main Characters Jack "Leader-ish" Lawson (34) The self-proclaimed founder of the Scream Team. Loud, confident, and wildly underqualified. Obsessed with fame and legacy, Jack throws around paranormal jargon he barely understands-until reality forces him to face how little control he truly has. Maggie Doyle (29) The real engine behind the operation. Tech expert, editor, and problem-solver. Sharp-tongued and exhausted by the team's incompetence, Maggie is the first to realise they've crossed a line-and that no amount of editing can fix what's happening now. Eddie "Spooks" Costa (31) The resident coward and comic relief. Terrified of literally everything, Eddie's constant panic masks an unexpected resilience. When survival demands action, he may be braver than anyone expects. Tina Graves (26) Special-effects makeup artist and horror fanatic. Her love of prosthetics, fake blood, and cinematic scares once elevated the team's hoaxes. Now, confronted with real violence and real death, her skills are horrifyingly irrelevant. Reggie Holt (40) The skeptic. Only there for the money. Reggie delights in debunking the team's own setups and mocking belief in the paranormal-until something unseen reaches out to him in the dark, shattering his certainty. Ms. Elsbeth Wainwright (60s) The mansion's enigmatic owner. Polite but deeply unsettling. She avoids direct answers, speaks in half-truths, and seems far too comfortable with the house's disturbances. She knows exactly what lives there-and why it must not be disturbed. --- The Entity An ancient, parasitic presence bound to the mansion and its history.
