Season's Greetings from Cherry Lane

Following the three presented in Christmas on Cherry Lane (2023), three more Christmas Eves of the homeowners of 7 Cherry Lane are presented, each of thee three filled with firsts. In 1951, the year the house and neighborhood was built, Dr. Charlie and Joan Franklin are the first owners of the house. Joan has just fractured her arm in an icy fall, and thus non-domesticated Charlie has ordered her not only to relax, but has taken over the duties of all that has yet to be done for this Christmas, including preparing the Christmas Eve dinner. The arm will also affect the time she has to learn about "his" day-to-day jobs before his imminent departure as medical staff at a mobile hospital in the Korean War. As they try to get through this Christmas Eve, each can't help but quietly think that under a worst case scenario it may be their last Christmas together. In 2003, newlyweds Luke and Sarah Chen are seen as the perfect couple as they agree on everything. They will see if they can agree on what Christmas traditions they will eke out for themselves as they are having their respective parents over for dinner, each set of parents who has their own very well defined Christmas traditions which Luke and Sarah may not realize are what they each see as Christmas. And in 2024, Mike and Zian Harrelson are having their first Christmas as parents, that of adopted Tina, Zian who was adopted himself and never knew anyone in his biological family. Each sees the other as the perfect parent while questions his own skills as a parent as they contemplate adopting yet another child. As they try to create new Christmas traditions for Tina, each has a planned special Christmas surprise gift for the other based on traditions, the problems in keeping each gift a surprise which may overtake the special nature of Christmas.
