The Snow Queen

Gerda and Kai lead a happy life with their grandmother, who cherishes a special treasure: a rosebush that blooms in winter, a gift from the storyteller. But their peace is disrupted when an emissary of the Snow Queen tries to buy the roses for his own profit. When the grandmother refuses, he swears revenge. Shortly thereafter, the Snow Queen herself appears. She offers Kai a place to live in her castle, but he refuses. However, a magical ice crystal turns his heart cold, the roses wither, and Kai feels an irresistible pull toward the Snow Queen's realm. His sister Gerda decides to save him. Bravely, she sets out on a dangerous journey full of adventures to bring her brother back.
