1970s, USSR. Pavel Selikhov, a seasoned KGB security officer, is unable to protect a unique diamond at the dacha of a high-ranking official. Investigating this strange case leads Pavel into a deeply undercover criminal network, the threads of which reach all the way to the top. The further he goes in his search, the more strange deaths and unexpected events unfold around him. The bodyguard has learned too much and must be removed, but Selikhov will not become a pawn in the dirty games of those in power.
