The Crow: City of Angels

In Los Angeles, when Ashe Corven and his beloved son Danny accidentally witness a dangerous gang of drug dealers killing a man, the drug kingpin Judah Earl orders his gang to kill them and dump their bodies in the dock. The tattooer Sarah Mohr, who was friend of Eric Draven, now is grown-up and works in a tattoo parlor with her boss Noah that treats her like a daughter. She has weird dreams on Ashe and Danny and when she sees a crow in her apartment, she follows the bird to the dock and sees Ashe's resurrection. She brings him to her apartment and tells him that he was dead. Further, she explains that the crow brought his soul back to revenge his and his son's deaths. Now Ashe hunts down the killers eliminating them one by one. Meanwhile, Judah uses the knowledge of the blind prophetess Sybil to defeat Ashe and kidnaps Sarah, with tragic consequences.
