Storyline
After a seemingly innocent prank goes horribly wrong, a group of sorority sisters celebrating their graduation are stalked and murdered.
Seven sorority sisters (Katey Rose, Vicki, Liz, Jeanie, Diane, Morgan, and Stevie) live at a somewhat isolated sorority house, located on the far end of a sorority row. They want to throw a huge party for their graduation, but their domineering house mother Dorothy Slater forbids it. She also wants to shut down the house a week earlier than every other college house, and to kick out the girls. The angry girls prank Slater by stealing her walking cane, placing it in the unused outdoor pool, and forcing her at gunpoint to retrieve it. The girl handling the firearm, Vicki, accidentally shoot Slater in the chest. The girls go along with their planned graduation party, while trying to hide Slater's corpse from their guests. Meanwhile, someone else uses Slater's walking cane as a weapon. As the girls are killed one by one, Katey finds a medical alert tag and calls the number. She reaches Dr. Nelson Beck and asks him for help. Beck is fully aware who the killer is, Slater's deformed son Eric. But since the boy was a product of Beck's illegal fertility treatments, the good doctor is more interested in covering up his own crimes and in silencing witnesses than in helping out.
