Storyline
A devious teen starts to insinuate himself into the life of a renowned surgeon and his family.
A cardiologist befriends a young man. The doctor has a wife and two children, a teen aged daughter and a younger son. The doctor gifts the young man with a watch, who is also invited to the doctors home where he's invited to the doctors wife and children. He becomes sexually involved with the young girl. When the doctor tries to disentangle himself from the young man his children mysteriously become unable to walk. Nothing is found medically that can explain their condition, and their mother brings them home from the hospital. As their marriage deteriorates the doctor blames the young man, kidnaps him and ties him up in the basement. Emotion escalates and the doctors wife frees the young man who runs away. The doctor decides that one of the three, his wife, or one of the two children must be killed. He ties each one up separately and blindfolded shoots and kills one of the three. Later, the remaining family go to a diner where they encounter the young man. The girl has ordered a hamburger and fries. The camera focuses on the girl putting a great deal of ketchup on the fries and eating them one at a time. Later, the family leaves the restaurant, gets into their car and drives away.
