Plot
Storyline
A middle-aged veterinary surgeon, believing that his wife pampers him too much, fakes the onset of dementia to get away from her.
Jan and Gedda have been married for a long time in the Beentjes of Sint-Hildegard. They have known each other for a very long time, Gedda always tries to be one step ahead of Jan, who longs for more freedom. When his father-in-law dies, he wants to do something about that suffocating relationship. He then fakes that the first signs of Alzheimer's begin to manifest in him.
