Plot Storyline

Jenny Wren is found dead after threatening to blackmail some prominent men, and it's up to a detective to find out what happened to Jenny.

Gold-digger Jenny Wren gathers a bunch of her old boyfriends together Crestwood and demands extortion money from each one...or else. "Or else" turns out to be that she is murdered. She also has a nice sister who is about to marry into an aristocratic family, but her fiance's sinister aunt opposes the match. Also in attendance is an elderly man who is seeking vengeance for the death of his son which he blames on Jenny. The list of suspects is very, very long.
