Trick the Movie: Last Stage

Physicist and college professor Ueda is approached by Kagami Shinichi, an employee of a trading company, and told about the company's plan to mine rare earth elements in a remote village on an island nation. Ueda is asked to persuade the local tribe to relocate so the company can carry out its mission. He brings his old friend Yamada along on the journey, but it doesn't take long for them to realize that the village is not simply resisting corporate greed. The tribe's shaman warns that the world is about to end, and when the two learn what this truly means, they are forced to make a fateful decision.
