Wheels of Terror

A mother named Laura and her daughter Stephanie have recently moved to a calm, warm, and happy suburb for a new life together. However, they will soon discover that there is evil lurking in town; a villainous looking Dodge Charger is prowling the streets, and the mysterious evil driver is kidnapping and sexually abusing and tormenting young girls, left and right. Eventually, Stephanie becomes the next target. Laura wages a high stakes, full speed chase in her school bus, relentlessly pursuing the car and its driver to reclaim her daughter from a horrific fate.
